Evolution 2010 is the premier showcase for research at the cutting edge of evolutionary biology, where the hottest science is served up before hitting the press. Sponsorship places you at the front and center of your scientific community and your current and future customers - the next generation of evolutionary biologists. Sponsorship includes not only the exclusive opportunity to reach your audience, but also to underwrite this important forum for international scientific exchange. The annual Evolution meetings typically attract between 1,200 and 1,400 attendees. 

Booths for vendors will be set up in the Oregon Convention Center complex immediately inside the exhibit hall doors (Exhibit Hall A - see floor plan) and within a few steps of the meeting rooms (room blocks A and B).  Registration tables will be set up in the lobby (Pre-function A) adjacent to the exhibit hall entrance.  Posters, break buffets, and evening mixers/receptions will be held in areas adjacent to the booths, and unused portions of the exhibit hall will be partitioned off.  The exhibit schedule is planned to take advantage of the high-traffic times during breaks, receptions, and poster sessions.

Sponsorship levels and benefits

GOLD level

GOLD-level sponsorship status can be obtained for $3,000. As a sponsor to this prestigious meeting, you will receive the following benefits:

• An exhibition booth (3m x 6m) with two tables and two chairs
• Priority of choice for booth location
• Up to two full delegate registrations for your attending personnel, providing admittance to all scientific sessions and receptions.
• A full-page color advertisement in the conference program book (you provide artwork in electronic format; ad placement determined by conference planners).
• Company name listed with other GOLD-level sponsors in program book.
• Logo placement on the Evolution 2010 website, with link to company website.

SILVER level

SILVER-level sponsorship status can be obtained for $1,500. As a sponsor to this prestigious meeting you will receive the following benefits:

• An exhibition booth (3m x 3m) with one table and one chair.
• One full delegate registration for attending personnel, providing admittance to all scientific sessions and receptions.
• A half-page color advertisement in the conference program book (you provide artwork in electronic format; ad placement determined by conference planners).
• Company name/logo listed with other SILVER-level sponsors in program book.
• Logo placement on the Evolution 2010 website, with link to company website.

Additional Services

• Additional booth space - $750.
• Insertions in the conference tote bag - $300 for each piece.
• Materials for insertion should not exceed 9” X 12” in size. Charges for shipping, storage and delivery to the site of the Conference are the responsibility of the vendor.  
• Additional advertisement space in the program book (Format - 8.5 x 11):
• Full page - $500 (not to exceed 6.5 x 8.75 inches)
• Half page - $250 (not to exceed 6.5 x 4.25 inches)
  
• Reduced rates for non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) designation (please provide a copy of your IRS exemption letter with registration).
  
• Additional furniture, shipping, and loading services can be arranged through DWA Tradeshow & Exposition Services. Contact Customer Service for more information.
• Internet access.
• Wireless Internet will be available at no charge in the lobby area of the convention center, but wireless service does not extend into the exhibit hall. Dedicated Ethernet connections can be arranged for through the convention center.
